Vicktim, that sounds like me and Cnasty with Blockbuster.

With the Blockbuster movies in the mail thing, they used to have 1 free game rental per month.

Then, they did away with it. So, Corey calls them and says he wants to cancel because of that, so they give him his free game rental back.

He tells me, so i immediately call them as well. Say the same thing, and they tell me too bad, no game rental for me. So, I tell her I'm gonna cancel my account, and the lady is like, OK, i'll cancel your account, LOL.

I am actually surprised Tim, as most of the people I know here have called and they gave them the $20.00 off per month and the Superfan for free. How long have you been a customer of the NFL Sunday Ticket Tim? just wondering. Sounds like you got an asshole on the line.........sorry about that. I know a lot of people who tried it and succeeded without one cancellation to date. But your the first one I have heard that did not get the extra money off per month...........hmmm.

last year was my first year, but i actually ended up getting it for next to nothing last year because they threw it in due to some technical issues i was having. i had been getting my HD access for free....until yesterday, lol. the year was up. i would call back, but i'm afraid he may have documented everything we talked about, as he said he was doing yesterday. $100 is $100, so i'm better off than i was. i just hate i couldn't get more, lol. i probably should've played hardball, but i didn't want it cancelled.
