My last hope is to transfer the entire NDL.lg folder to my home laptop. I was able to export the file successfully both times I tried (after getting the extention corrected). Not sure if there is an easier way to do this. I wont be home for at least another hour.

It is a firewall issue. Here is what you need to do and I will try and help you best I can in between work.

Download FileZilla. It is free.
Install it.
Create new account or connection or whatever. (server, port, username, etc)
Email me with the questions/settings it asks.
Make sure you can connect.
create league file manually (I will exlain later)
Upload file
Send emails manually

Trendon, the laptop I am using is a corporate computer, so I wont be able to install anything like that.

I am in the process of transferring the NDL.lg file to a disk and then transferring that to my home computer. Will it work if I create a folder (named NLD2) and move the files into the new folder? I have had success transferring out of the home computer in the past.

Just copy that .tar file (which is around 95megs) and copy it to the same folder (replace). It's all you need.

I have no idea what date it should be.

StatsLab says that I finished up on Oct 12, 2016 so yeah, September 19th ain't good.

Your game isn't even creating the league file, forget uploading it.

Go to the commissioner portal. Ignore the right side, look to the left. League file center. There should be a thousand checkboxes in the middle (and you can see all of the old/broken leagues; why the file MIGHT be so shaky). Anyway, just leave them all checked. On the bottom there should be a button that says create files or something.

You basically want to create files and then create archive. You can also see exactly which directory it is saving to on this screen too.
