There are a lot more int's on this game, and at time the pressure is insane when throwing the ball. I don't think I agree with moving to AA though. If you can't throw run the ball more is what say.

In last year's game it was SOOO easy to pass. In this years game running looks easier.

Adapt and dont bitch.

Good it wasnt only me. He had 276 on 23 carries and 3TDs against me or something. And like you said I blitzed, man coverage, zone, guessed runs, NOTHING worked. He is an ANIMAL!

My early lock for Heisman. Outlaw is going to have fun with him...

Yeah I think we should remain on heisman,

I honestly think offense is much easier this year then last years game, and there was no pass defense in my opinion.
No one might not have liked playing against a texas or texas tech style offense, but if you played smart and threw the ball to the open guy it was not hard to have 20 td passes with less then a pick a game.

This year offense is easier because of the addition of the run game, granted I been using Cal a lot and Best, but Crowes is right best had 250 plus before the game reached the half, and that was not the first time I ran for 250 plus in a half on heisman level no less. Imagine AA. And I m not even a top player in this league, Im average at best.

Now with the addition of the run game, you can now effectively use the run to set up the pass and have more balanced and efficient passing game for all the people who cryed they wanted to be able to run the ball last year, I know they are still here and now happy about that.

Passing is not hard this year, just not as easy as last year, where you could essentilly shred any defense at will, or throw a 3 to 5 yard pass and go 20 like I know many of us did.

Like stated eariler as we all play the game more we will get better at O and better at D but will improve more at offense and faster then we will at D.

If we play on AA there will be those who put up just crazy numbers, and we will definately have guys cracking 3000 plus rushing.

And like Cnasty said we will always have guys who throw more ints then tds or 50/50 ratios, because of numerous reasons, from: things such as throwing into coverage, falling behind and force to throw in unadvantagous situations, and playing others that are just better at the game and causing bad decisions to be made.
No mater which level we play people will throw interceptions due to those reasons.

Further I just feel heisman is better, because it forces you to call a better game and to think about your playcalling a little more. AA just feels a bit too wide open for my liking, offense feels too lose and simple. I all for accessibility and fun for all of the league, and that is why we will be voting.

But offense and passing is not the only fun part of a football game, I actually prefer 35-21 type game over a 45-38 type game, and dont find a total lack of defense fun. Also Remember there is different abilities of people in this league and people who can play on the heisman lvl at a high sucess rate on imagine trying to stop them on AA, how much fun will you have when they are scoring at will. And how much fun will they have when they have to scale back their game to avoid running it up.

IN the end while I do find the game better this year, I dont think the improvements made have been so improved that AA is now playing a more sim like football expierence overall, that warrents a change to AA. I find that overall heisman is still has the best overall feel and sim like game expierence and in the long run will be the best for the whole league.

ps. sorry for the long post.

It's not so much that there's much difference in heisman, it's moreso the difference on AA this year compared to last year.

On heisman, running will be better than previously, but passing will be a good bit tougher. Considering how tough and the stats of the average NDLer, that's a scary thought.

I think in previous versions, AA was simply unplayable and WAY too easy. I think it is done very well this year. If you have a team with a highly rated D, you can still dominate and do well, but on average, you're gonna give up some points, just like college football in real life.

And what's so wrong with having the highest scoring average we ever had??? Again, considering real life college football and hoping for realism, our average scores have been MUCH lower than in real life for quite some time now.

1. Then over 80% of the league didn't play smart. I dont think that's true. Sure, a lot of guys will have more INTs than TDs, but I think there's more than 20% of NDLers who play a fairly smart game.

2. I also don't get why some people are so against seeing guys put up HUGE offensive numbers, but I've never see anyone complain about the ridiculous defensive numbers we see on heisman, with guys getting 20+ INTs and teams getting 50+ INTs in a season.

you're wasting your words Shel ;)

Here's the deal....I can say with 95% Accuracy that those who voted Heisman last year will vote Heisman again.

I've decided it doesn't really matter.

I'm at half of a game now on heisman. Down 20-0, my opponent is like 10-12 passing for almost 200 yards.

I have ZERO 1st downs.

So basically, I just suck. Of course it doesn't help with my L2 button not working again. And when it does work, i still pitch it to the wrong team, lol.

I've definitely learned after this game, it doesn't matter what level i play on, i suck.

Through almost 3 quarters, i had one 1st down on heisman.

Then after 1 phantom pitch and 2 fake punts(somehow L2 makes ur punt a fake), I threw my already broken controller in disgust, and now it is a completely broken controller, LOL.

Sorry for quitting outta nowhere Cougnix.

Dude I was wondering what was up! Yeah, the 2 pitches that happened and the fake punts I was like, oh shit. I pissed him off some how. It's all good, I have gone through 3 controllers on NCAA and at least 5 on Madden.

Well, I will say, the 2nd pitch was just me sucking and pitching it right to your guy, LOL.

But the 1st pitch, my RB was in the open field. And the 2 fakes, I dont even know how that happens. My L2 button is broken, but I didnt know how bad it was. Basically, without pressing L2, it triggers, so i guess pressing L2 before I punt makes it a fake.

Done with my first night playing. Heisman is much better than AA. AA is way too fucking easy to jack the yards up. If you can jack those type of yards up now just imagine what it will be like once people get a good number of games under their belt. To me, it is annoying as hell to not be able to stop people from scoring and moving the ball with ease. I see no reason to go to AA.

Overall, the game seems pretty solid. A couple of annoying things. One, WTF is up with the camera switching back and forth on running plays. Sometimes it is the normal camera angle and sometimes you get overhead. EA, if you are going to shove 1 camera angle down our throats then stick with it. It is annoying as fuck to not know which angle is coming.

User picks, WTF! I can't user pick shit. I'm sure lack of games is kicking in but you can't user pick like the last game at all. Even when I'm in position, the ball goes right past me.
