Does anyone really want me or Nasty to have stayed at Southern Cal all this time or should we share them with the league as we have "fun" at Northwestern and Pitt

REALLY didnt plan on this to turn into "one of those threads" again but since it was hijacked by tom to give his opinion on it (again)

I guess we have to go down that avenue

In the end do what u want, have fun. This isnt OSPL.

things change, different people get different things out of the league and thats what makes it great.

i have enjoyed playing in different conferences. i have learned alot about players and schools in the process. when i talk with people about college football, some are amazed by the info i know on the smaller teams and players. then i start bragging about the ndl at that point.

I've always enjoyed the 'Doing More With Less" approach.

Been in 3 different conferences; ACC(4), SEC(1), and MAC(1)

Only one season I've had a team that was higher than a B overall, which was when I was Tennessee.

I think the lack of "real" dynasty qualities make staying at one school for too long difficult. If you're somewhere for 3 straight seasons at the start of a new game years (August) then you essentially play with the same team (roster wise) for a year. And if you stay for the new game, and you didn't graduate a ton of starters, you're playing with the same team again for a year.

Recruiting would change everything.

The draft si prob one of the best parts of the NDL as everyone knows....and truthfully I think a good majority of the league gets really bored with having just one team.

Then you have guys like BFIVL or Doodee who finally get their fav teams and dont want to go anywhere else....which is what I would do if I ever snagged SC......no reason to play anywhere else when you have your favorite team in the best league around.

I see both ends of the spectrum...I would never "keep" a team like Texas Tech for more than one season cause they just don't do it for me like USC does. My whole goal in the NDL is to have fun first and try to get the Trojans second.

Very True. Im dynasting FSU and not going anywhere in the Online Dynasty. players graduating/leaving then re-doing your team and etc is 51% of the fun

personally i just like trying out new teams, ofcourse we all have our fav's, but thats what makes this league freaking sweet! With that said

I think its cool to see guys with dynasties. When UCweiser was at Toledo and myself at BG it was awesome because it was a rivalry game against a rival coach to end each season.

INDY: Notre Dame (Yes it counts as a conference!)
Pac-10: Washington State
Big East: Louisville
Big 12: Texas
Big 10: Purdue, Penn State
SEC: Florida

Remaining: ACC and SBC

I tried for it several times, but get distracted come draft time and couldn't pass on certain teams. I will most likely go ACC, but I honestly have no desire to play in the SBC and depending on how you look at it, I may have the MAC left too.

Stayed in the Big Ten too long.......too much expectation with Ohio State......so I left. So Buckeye76 can have that pressure.....
