I believe a simple admission of guilt and that they were boozing and having a good time and feel alittle bad for not standing behind their words would suffice! never had a problem with you noley, but i just saw this as out of character and don't think that it should be simply swept under the rug under the veil of drinking although it seems that JeffDaddy is quite convincing...

i made my post for that reason too, these are peps i look up to coming into the league, Nole was the commish, Cnasty, Jeffdaddy, i respect them all, was just a little suprised. but im sure it was all in good drunken fun. sounds like the west coast trip was a blast and we all missed out on a good time.

fact is, only reason it even got noticed and talked about is because UNLV actually got ranked in the coaches' top 25 poll because of those two votes, otherwise people would have wondered about it but not brought up anything about it

Well, I did vote first, before everyone else.

I didnt want to be the only one to do it, and then all of you laugh at me as I'm the only one that would have done it.

also keep in mind guys....someone being ranked in the top 25 does NOTHING. We stopped getting points for being ranked back in season 7.

It had NO EFFECT on the bowl lineup which is determined by conf standing once you get past the bcs bowls....which the unlv voting obviously had no effect on.

It was all done in fun and was "calculated fun" if that makes sense to any of you.

Had it impacted anything, I could easily remove the submissions.

Call it my pay for volunteering to put the hours that i have into doing the polls to help keep this league great.

..and Dr tom I dont think anyone ever said it WASNT drunken fun


fyi - The NDL convention WILL happen next year in Vegas on a College Football Saturday. We're gonna invade a sportsbook and just chill the fuck out over a whole day of drinking, game watching and general debotchery. Date to come in the next few weeks so you fucks can begin plannning.

I did it to show homage to my boy Jdaddy. I was not going to vote for myself but I was to drunk and followed the voting aid.

Thanks to all that voted the Trojans #1 but I am just happy to be in the league. Championships,Cup wins, all that stuff is just an added bonus.

I mean it.
