Same with mine Doley. I usually go to bed with her and then get up and get my game on. She crashes by 10 and I'm up typically until 1ish.

Does she mind if you get back up after she crashes and play? I just fell like an ass when I don't go to bed with her. Thing is I am just not tired.

I get real annoyed with the multiple shots and he dont die but I get one shot and Im dead. Im thinking maybe its the FAMAS not as strong as their gun, but it cant be everyone!!!

If you are using the suppressor, it does take away power (and/or range) than just the typical gun.

my girl thinks i'm the biggest nerd in the world and rolls her eyes and makes fun of me when were in social settings about it... but she isn't a pain about it yet which is all that matters. our schedules work out well so i get a nice 3 hour window after work til she gets home. then after that i dont normally play.

it took her until about the 15th hour of me playing this weekend before she got pissed.

She doesnt give a shit what I do since I dont give a shit what she does. We've been together like 18 effing years (minus a couple in college). We have 2 kids. We do tons of shit together and get plenty of "us" time. Some nights though, by the time homework, baseball games, and all the other bullshit is over and the kids have went to bed, video game time is nice. I'm sure she'd love it if I was watching Grey Anatomy and True Blood and all that bullshit with her, but I'd just ruin it by whining

This describes my wife to a T...minus the kids. She loves her "shows" time and I love my game time.

I think I take it for granted though as she is always like "yea, go enjoy your time with your boys" as she is probably cybering with some dude on FB or some crap for all I know and talking shit about me being a video game nerd with a headset.

My wife has always been cool. She says all the time, go play games with your boyfriends. She works 1-11:30 so I just play when shes not home alot. We ve been together almost 11yrs now and married for 2, so shes always been pretty cool about everything from going to have a few beers with the fellas, she ll even say hey why dont you go out for some beers tonight. I consider myself pretty lucky in that regard.

As for the game, Im learning, I like the famas gun right now. I try and jump on when the baby is sleeping or shes feeding to get a few games in.

Personally i like the game, but i didnt play MW2 after feb so I m just an amatuer. But it is fun to jump on and shoot some peps with everyone, a nice escape at the end of the night.

I was playing with badger for a few games this afternoon, he was fucking people up....

Fucking sniping is killing me. I'm getting better at it but it's still not worth the effort yet. It looks like what they did to combat the quickscope is to make the crosshairs off target once you scope. So, you have to adjust the crosshairs after you scope which means you miss people that run past your target area.

The maps don't help either. I've only found a few good spots and those get ruined by the constant spawn swaps. As soon as you setup, somebody is shooting you in the back.

Outside of the lag issue, the spawns are the worst part of this game. It's gotten so bad that I throwing care packages out as bait. It's like magic, the second I throw one out, the entire team starts spawning next to it.

as for gun, just unlocked AK47 so gonna use that but currently using the Galil

I love the chopper gunner but only gotten it 4 times

The Galil is nice from distance. The Famas is nice for tighter maps.

So saturday I played Magic the Gathering for the first time in 3 years and I made the top 4 of a 15 man booster draft. I still have skill. I was reading the draft perfectly and got into the right colors. I played metal craft and got 14 decent artifacts with a few bombs. Inflict destroy me. there has to be someway to combat that shit in the format when drafting. I will figure it out at some point. Drafting this Saturday too because the gf is going shopping with her mom.
Scars of Mirridon is a good set.
