I have to think this transfer was somehow secretly negotiated at the Shel/Buckeye Bahamas Summit a few weeks ago. Who would have ever guessed Shel was the Henry Kissinger to AJ's Richard Nixon? Now that I think of it, that's a pretty apt comparison. Everyone knows AJ is dirty and corrupt and that Shel is a foreigner who speaks with a strange accent.
