They are expensive though. For wireless, they can get up to $200 or even $300.

Which model do you guys have or recommend for a decent price of $150 at most and under would be much better.

i got a wired one for $30 ...total.....
What kind do you have?

i agree. it's unreal though.

i used (on fifa) to play with a simple blue tooth, which was fine, but this is on another level and you cant possibly understand how much cool the games sound

plus you can mute your TV and turn the sound up on these as loud as you want....and chat volume is seperate

mine isnt. they can be though. but then the price increases

honestly, if you're into gaming (which we obviously are) they are 100% worth whatever they cost

ive been telling you guys this for the last 2 years. i would never steer you guys down a bad road. the sounds you hear with these headsets are crazy. i can hear a helicopter comming before its even on the screen.footsteps behind you, flies hovering over a trash dumpster on gta. you really get a feel of all the sounds in a game. on ncaa ,when a qb is injured ,you hear the stadium pa announcer announce that so and so is in at qb now.

i recommened this headset to any gamer. its worth every penny, and i do mean every penny

the single best option is game in your ears and not on the tv. when you wanna play late at night, no noise what do ever. and u can adjust game volume to chat if you have a bunch of annoying kids in the room or you wanna hear shit like you're truly there.

You look like a absolute geek tho.

Does anyone feel like you are running in slow motion during the games? Feel like I weigh 1200 lbs or something lol. Its fun I think...pretty much what I expected and VERY much like MW2 as far as how the guns handle, etc. I don't really think its revolutionary or anything, not that it has to be in order to be fun. I like the new killstreaks and how that system works, don't really like all the different ways they make it impossible to see anything clearly though. The maps are all pretty similar in my opinion too. Idk, im having fun with it, but to be honest kind of disappointed as a whole...not sure if my expectations were too high or if they just remastered MW2 so it seems like I have already played it a ton. I could see getting bored with this one quicker than I did with Black Ops.

Im not being negative, I like playing the game and am having fun with it, just giving my opinion on likes/dislikes about it...the thread does say 'First Impressions'. Didn't know it meant "First Impressions...but only if you are a fanboy and will profess your undying love to MW3"

i dont mind moving a little slower than in the past. I mean, realistically, how fast should you be able to move with all that stuff on and a gun and whatnot.

commando/lightweght absolutely killed MW2

perks in general kill that game. how unrealistic is it to reload a m60 in a second flat. that is why I continually hate these games. get rid of all these perks and weird ass kill streaks and the game would be much better. trying to add too many aspects to a game.

Agreed...I think I just need to get used to that aspect of it, just takes more games probably and it will be fine.
