i dont know what Season Showdown is... so to automatically assume someone is cheesey cause its off is a little over the top.

ICE the kicker is the only reason anyone should ever miss a FG. FG's do need to be re-tooled, although it is a gimmick, its not 100% effective, but its the only tool folks have to even having a FG in doubt IMO. I wish all gimmicks would go away, but I also wish somethings were easier/harder to do. Kicking is one of them. Just my 2 cents.

The larger problem is not ice the kicker its that kicking is so freaking easy it needs to be completely retooled.

AMEN TO THAT BRO...it was more realistic back in the day when we played lagfest games..

Like i stated earlier..i didnt ICE the kicker..I simply had to call timeout after he ran the ball three straight times and ran down the playclock.

Like i said in that same post Im not assuming anything or saying someone was cheesy not at all.....Just doesnt help you to look any better!!! since it hides your points and whether or not you are playing the pass..NOT accussing anyone or assuming anything.

kicking itself is ridiculously easy. too easy. That I agree with.

I am not accusing steam of anything, Im simply replying to Bigry saying Ice the Kicker doesnt work. If thats the case, then why do it?

Season showdown is a feature that lets you pick your favorite team to make points for them. What the points go for I have no clue, I assume its to see what team has the most fans on the game so they can please them in next years game with an A+ rating j/k. You get points by sportsmanship ( kneeling, kicking on 4th downs, etc..), Loyalty ( if you play with team you chose you get loyalty points), skill ( user swat, user pick, etc...) and the reason everyone wants it turned on strategy points ( jump the snap, big hit , strip, play the pass/run etc...) If it is turned on, you see based on how they are getting their points if they are using the gimmicks that are banned.

Season showdown is on the main menu, its kind of like when you turn the game on for the first time and select a favorite team.

Why does anyone not run FG safe or or zone when someone kicks? Not like you have hardly any hope of blocking a kick in this years game.

People dont run fake fg Safe man/zone because its not the default that comes up on Ask Corso on 4th down..come on I really have to tell you guys that...thats why you ran a fake for crying out loud and you know that... Why the default is fg block..i have no idea. not like blocks happen..ive never seen one that was not user induced. Like I said my bad on the playcall..

Since we are on rule violations here...its also a rule violation to move your guys prior to the snap on special teams...something that many people do on FG's...(not naming any names )

do know Steam that I did contact ur big 10 commish LONG before this even happened and i was giving him a play by play of your offense and every pass, and he wrote it down, so i mean, you're far from perfect.
