Question for xbox owners

Post by Mtwasik »

My brother-in-law wants a hard drive for his 360 for christmas (he's 12). Would I be safe in getting him the 20g drive, or do I really need to get him the 120? I had no idea they were that expensive.

does he have a pro or a core? If he only has a core, then yeah, 20gb should be fine, depending on that he uses it for. If he has a pro and wants a larger one, then 20gb would be useless.

I would say if he has had his 360 for a lil while without one then he obviously had memory cards or just never needed to save anything. So I would go with the 20G myself. If he has quite a bit of games then go with 120 but 20 should suffice his needs.

120 GB will go a long ways. I have two 20 gb and have to manage what games I save and what not. The 120 gb is expensive, but well worth it for someone in your family.

he got whatever that arcade version was, so it was probably the core. We're trying to limit what we buy him and his sister to 100 each for christmas. So maybe just hope I can find oen on ebay for under 100, or he'll get the 20g instead.
