Weird Settings Issue

So my ps3 froze in middle of a game in MW2 and I turned it off and started it back up. The ps3 and everything is working fine. For whatever reason though, EVERY time I get back on MW2 after my ps3 has been left off, it makes me re-do my settings like the Vertical and Horizontal Margins, Button Layout, and Sensitivity. For whatever reason, they reset every time my ps3 is off. It also asks about the graphic content notice at the beginning even though I hit never ask me again. Why wont the settings save? Is something screwed up on my disc maybe? It's not a huge deal but kind of annoying to do every time I get back on. Anyone heard of this?
