The NDL:F Television Network witnessed a hell of a game of frustration and controller throwing from Coach Lynch due to the middle of the field being utilized and Coach Nasty not calling enough PA deep balls.
This definitely makes the game more fun for me to chat with the fellas and broadcast my crappyness.
Let me ask a question and if I am wrong, then I will stop complaining about the middle passing. It is two-part. If you say I am nuts, I will move on.
As you saw, I exhausted every single possible option I had to stop the middle pass. You saw it with your own eyes and I am sure you understood what I was doing. Eleven people in coverage, manually chasing the slot receiver on the post, dropping linemen repeatedly (I led the league last year in defensive linemen with interceptions with six; FUCKING SIX!), and doing anything I can to make sure there are a ton of bodies standing in the middle of the goddamn field. Yet, you just kept on throwing there. Over and over and over and over. Either the skinny post or the slot/TE streak. Fine. I accept that this is what happens in the NDL since the PS3 version dropped.
Now, I have had great coaching reports lately because I really, really want Nebraska. As such, I ditched a lot of the things that I used to do. I like to scramble with the QB, run tons of PA, send people in motion every which way, use strategies, and do all sorts of fakes. When I played how I wanted to, I would get dinged in reports (with nasty comments) and often chastised on IM. Yet, I'd think back and realize that I scrambled twice, ran three PA's, and faked an extra point, and had strip ball on. Out of about 65 plays.
So, here I am getting preached on about moderation and I watch everyone - again, not picking on you C - run the same fucking TYPES of plays over and over and over with little to no regard for other plays and I am the renegade? I don't get it. And then I get, "Well, I mixed in some (fill in play)." Well, no shit, but when it was 3rd-and-7 or you were losing, you went right back to the goddamn skinny posts. Like a magician playing a charade.
I scramble on two consecutive third downs and I get a 3 on offense.
No it won't. I've been going on about this for about four years. It usually ends with people ignoring me. I get pissed and start scrambling around with the QB, get one comment, and get scared and revert back to throwing bombs and bitching about middle passes two years later.
But seriously, what do you want to thro??? Most of the routes are geared toward the middle of the field and as we see our shitty qbs can't hit long outs for the life of them.

The middle can be defended, I'm not sure where the problem is. I thought you hated short passes more, didnt know the middle of the field was sacred Trendon ground.
I could give 2 shits how you play as well. Te playaction complaints were me joking as I was riling on Dave as he was tearing it up. You honestly think I give a shit how an opponent plays against me??

Finally had some fun playing this game while broadcasting and this is what I come back to
well, if you didn't think broadcasting was going to turn into a fiasco of gameplay compaints, you weren't thinking it thru.
and playaction is a joke. if you're good, you can run playaction with about a 85% success rate before you can even do anything on defense. like i said in the chat, i played va tech yesterday, he ran it once, that was the 1 time i've seen playaction in a league game in this years version.
