Strengths: A dominant all-round athlete: has excellent bat-speed, a great glove, an intimidating throwing arm, the ability to play all eight positions, and a superb batting eye. Produces both as a run-scoring threat and an RBI guy while playing top-tier defense.

Weaknesses: Should be hitting 35 home runs but isn't. Is not good on the base paths despite decent speed. Occasionally looks disinterested.

Overall: Future Hall of Fame player.

Overall: Elite slugger and run-producer.

Strengths: Has a quality sinker and one of the best changeups in the majors. Gets ahead in the count and works quickly. His command is consistently excellent. Superb at holding runners. When on, balls rarely leave the park. Can be dominant.

Weaknesses: Could use a little more stamina to finish what he starts more often. Average in the field.

Overall: Ace left-hander.
