Playoff Rotations
Just looking at the set up for the playoffs, The pitchers listed im sure arent going to the the correct one when the season starts. Should we list our starters on a thread so we have the right matchups when we do our lineups for a series? just wouldnt like to have all lefties in there when im thinking its going to be a righty when setting it up using 7 day lineups. i will list mine below for las vegas-
#1- jones
#2- cameron
#3- lara
#4- noroa
#5- jones
#6- cameron
#7- lara

7-day lineups allow for adjustment if handedness of the opposing pitcher doesn't match.plasma1896 wrote:Just looking at the set up for the playoffs, The pitchers listed im sure arent going to the the correct one when the season starts. I assume that works.
In any case, I'm going Unworth, Englund, Mathis, Jones.

Re: Playoff Rotations
well my lineup changes for each game. when i do the 7 day lineup,it has AJS #5 guy starting game 1,which isnt going to happen. so i post mine so he knows who he is facing. if my opponent shows it or doesnt ,its up to him. like in the world series ,coaches announce the starting pitchers 2 days before the game. thats why i post it
Re: Playoff Rotations
i'm not trying to sandbag you. i really am not. it will depend if they are all rested.plasma1896 wrote:well my lineup changes for each game. when i do the 7 day lineup,it has AJS #5 guy starting game 1,which isnt going to happen. so i post mine so he knows who he is facing. if my opponent shows it or doesnt ,its up to him. like in the world series ,coaches announce the starting pitchers 2 days before the game. thats why i post it
If they are, i will go Hays-Oquinn- Ladd - maybe Davis....I might just go 3 man. i really havnet looked yet.
as far as my offensive lineup i need to activate Memoto off the DL and then I dont do 7 day lineups, just lefty verse righty

I guess that's my line of thinking. That's how I do it, or did it, back in the days when I was a perennial playoff team.ajalves wrote:as far as my offensive lineup i need to activate Memoto off the DL and then I dont do 7 day lineups, just lefty verse righty

I'll probably go
Ladd Hays Oquinn Davis then
50-50 on Davis or a 3 man rotation
