It's coaches all together. A lot of people don't want them. I'll maintain coaches though

He's too busy enjoying his gig on FS1 with Ayala to be bothered by coaching. I keep watching out for him but he doesn't show up

This should be all coaches or just minor leagues IMO.If we have some with and some without MLB coaches there will be some slight inequities such as :

finances
ability to sign MLB players, some players won't sign because of coaches
is there is a difference in game management especially when we get tot he playoffs for teams without coaches vs. coaches?

Minor league coaches are annoying and Im all for getting rid of them as well. Just a bit concerned about the MLB aspect though.

In fairness to the poll the last time Nick and I tried it, I think our OP explained it very well but then on page 2, Corey thundered and completely changed what the thread creators intended the vote to be for.

Then sign coaches if you are worried about inequalities. It's soley up to the GM if they want coaches

I agree it may be time to allow owners to do what they want.
I think I will keep coaches to see if 18 handles it differently as corey stated with the team chemistry and stuff.
Also, some players don't want to play for certain coaches, are they willing to sign with a team that doesn't have any coach?

I think you might be missing his point George. He's saying there's going to be inequalities among the teams. If I hire coaches and you don't that impacts finances for one and not the other. Also, what's the work around going to be on players that won't sign due to coaches. We've all seen some players get upset because teams don't have a coach so how do you combat that?

I would 100% support this is we're talking about minor league coaches, but the impact of removing all coaches for all levels seems flawed in my opinion.

I'd be more than happy to meet in the middle and keep ML coaches if we completely did away with minor league coaches.

There are rewards and consequences for every action. We just don't fully understand it yet. I am still hiring coaches, so my finances are going to be affected by that money going out. It's something I am aware of. For someone like Rob 5 seasons ago when he was $200m in the hole, it would be best for him not to sign any coaches to save as much money as possible. Let everyone be a big boy and and make that decision rather than a couple of us dictating that they MUST sign them.

So for final clarification then, this vote is for you to be able to get rid of all coaches, all levels?

If so, I believe there should be a 3rd option in there.
