I need this figured out before rollover can be done so please bring forth all concerns.

A yes vote is: we keep owners the way they are and I continue to manually correct amounts over the amount we voted on previously and some guys get cash, some don’t

A no vote is: we completely remove all aspects of owners and I zero out cash (either given or taken) the same for everyone every single season

I am not adding a poll as I want to be sure all options are brought up. Sorry I wasn’t around much today to get this going.

The yes and no option are what I am thinking so far so tell me if I’m off.

If there is a way to completely remove all aspects of owners that is a slam dunk. We are the owners and that eliminates and advantages or disadvantages whether they are real or all in their head

Budget is basically always equal to previous seasons revenue so the owner does not set it. He does bring up a point though will getting rid of the owner mess with that

This is the part that is so ugly in ‘18

There isn’t a clean way within the game to do this as I can only see what the owner gives or takes.

Determine what to give or take based on actual performance is a very tedious undertaking and unsure where to start unless someone wants to add 3rd spreadsheet to the rollover process.

Also, do you mean as a 1 time thing for the rollover process? Can't we get rid of coaches entirely that would solve the issue so no more giving/taking?

We cannot remove them completely in the game.

So we have to create workarounds to “remove them”. I can’t go in and delete your owner. But I can go in and add/remove money they mess with.

I can Set their fiscal personalities exactly the same for every single owner basically removing any variances in what teams get/removed for cash.

Out of curiosity, I wonder if everyone's market size was set to the same, along with media revenue and merchandising would that have any type of impact on how much money each team was allowed to have? Maybe that's potentially a different route we can take since this seems to be a handful for you to have to deal with.

My vote is no, as much as I hate it. In real life, owners are random. The players do not get to choose the owner.
I am questioning though, even if you zero out and try to remove the owners, they will still set the teams budget for the upcoming season.
I do kind of like the idea of making all of the owners the same as someone stated, we are the owners.
