Agreed.
Was looking over the remaining undefeated and I didnt see one that was running the table.
Either due to having to play each other down the road or just a real tough matchup on the horizon.
Going to get interesting near the end thats for sure!

It will be real, real interesting if we have a undefeated non-BCS and some top-tier 1-loss BCS.

I'm planning on writing up a big thing near the end of the season if it's tight. Hopefully it's a 3 way race of sorts and it'll be fun

I don't think there are any non-BCS teams that scheduled a tough enough OOC schedule to even have a shot.Bernie32 wrote:It will be real, real interesting if we have a undefeated non-BCS and some top-tier 1-loss BCS.

You just want it cause you can't take the pressure of the regular season, always losing once to kill your chances of playing for the big one.
This might be your year though if everyone loses once, you know the voters are gonna side with you shel... on the other side you'll probably blow it by losing to UCLA or something.

Re: big kudos to everyone shceduing big ndl games this year
Everyone will already say we do have a playoff (NDL Cup), but I could only see doing something like a +1 or very very small....we can be the innovators and do it first. The only reasoning behind a playoff in the NDL is because of scheduling. Most of the top players don't take it easy in OOC. Which is great, but at the same time they keep knocking themselves out. I know a playoff won't happen here before NCAA gets one, but I think guys with one...even 2 losses if the cards fall right should get the nod over guys not challenging themselves.
It's possible for smaller schools to get big games. I scheduled both Ohio St and Georgia. Granted it's 2 losses for me, but if I want the chance to be ranked, I feel I should earn it. Not go 10-2 playing all non ranked teams.

This league is a mimic of the real NCAA, so we don't need to be innovators, we are the best around... nothing's ever going to keep us down.

That's why I stated I know the NDL won't have a playoff system unless the NCAA gets one, which I'm 100% fine with.Uuaww wrote:
