Coach Taruncheel returns to the Kansas State Wildcats. He coached there for one season and did not fare well. He says that he is hoping that the 9 season hiatus can prove that he has grown as a coach. Coach Taruncheel comes back after 3 successful seasons at Marshall. In all 3 of the seasons he led the Herd to a bowl game. When asked why he wanted to return, Coach had this to say. "I feel like it is time to go back to Manhattan. I enjoyed my one season there, but did not get the job done. I know that I have learned a lot since that time. I have been at 6 different schools since and I know I can add to the Kansas State program. They have a great team and I expect to add to the chemistry. The fans are awesome and this is a tough conference. I know I will have to bring my A game each week." Can Coach Taruncheel take the Wildcats to a bowl? Will he be competitive in league play? Only time will tell, but one thing is for certain . . . he will definitely give it his all!
