Mid American conference Cup Matchups

The MAC had a couple rough draws in this season's version of the Cup but also got some very winnable match ups. Here are the round one games:



Rice (Stingu) @ Kent State (BsktbllJk)

Kent State has a chance in this one and it should be a good game. I believe Jake will pull it out 24 - 17



Central Michigan (Bernie32) @ Navy (usmarine7t)

This should be another good matchup and CMU definitely could win it. I do think usmarine will be too much though and win a close game 17 - 16



Western Michigan (tball275) @ Boise St (Seeit)

Boise State has a lot of weapons and I think they will hold serve 30 - 10



Alabama (Bfivl) @ Miami(Oh) (Plasma)

Interesting matchup with a great team visiting a good team with a former NDL Championship coach. In the end I think Bama is just too much and wins it pulling away 45 - 28.



Texas State (sinacola) @ Ball State (WooPig)

This is a matchup of two rookies in the NDL and hard to call. Ball State has the talent and should win 28 - 10



Arkansas (Twistanutz) @ Akron (JohnnyP)

Arkansas has a rookie coach going up against a wiley veteran at Akron. I believe Arkansas will get the win against a very overmatched team though 35 - 28



Central Florida (Gambit) @ Northern Illinois (Bucki)

Northern Illinois has a pretty good team but I'm picking UCF to win on the road 20 - 10



Texas (VVV) @ Ohio (The_Doctor)

This is just mean. Texas rolls but doesn't break the 35 pt rule 45 - 10



Toledo (cnotes) @ Virginia (beercop)

cnotes will have the Rockets ready and pulls the upset on the road 28 - 27.



Bowling Green (Harder) @ Houston (randawg)

Houston will run the ball all day long and wins easily 38 - 17



Florida (daw1git) @ UMass (RB4sc22)

Florida got a gift in this one. Daw1git gets some practice and wins easily 40 - 10.



Buffalo (matt90210) @ Iowa (mbyrd75)

mbyrd and Iowa win easily 28 - 3



Eastern Michigan (doc1424) @ Tennessee (WastedMemory)

Tennessee has a tougher game than expected but still wins 28 -24.
