With NDL Season 29 less than a week away, July 27th Kick-Off Classic and Weeks 1 & 2 opening on July 29th, it's time to take a look at the Big XII Conference coaches and meaningless predictions.
With a good mixture of returnees (10) and first timers (6) this conference is set to likely be one of the most difficult to win. There are several big time returning coaches with solid resumes of seasons past, but they're just that...the past. There is also the unknown talent that will want to prove their worth and try to climb their way to the top of the hierarchy of not only the Big XII but also the NDL. It will be a fun season of "show me what you got" as each team battles for supremacy in the Big XII and for the National Championship.

Meaningless Predictions
There will, undoubtably, be a wildcard coach that will rise toward the top of the conference but with so much unknown about not only the first season NDL'ers but also whether the veterans still have their stick skills these predictions will simply serve as a motivator for everyone to prove the Big XII Commissioner wrong. Arizona State, West Virginia, and Colorado all avoid each other during the season. I predict a very tight race between these three to advance to the Conference Championship game. ASU and WVU will be the two to make it to the game though. This will be a highly anticipated match up between two former champions that many in the NDL will want to watch via Twitch. Tough to call, but I'm rolling with the shell led Mountaineers to win the Big XII in our first season back.
