The Akron Zips football program has announced the hiring of Priest19 as their new head coach. The Zips have hired a coach that has ties to the local community and knows the area well. When speaking with the coach this what he had to say. “I am incredibly excited about this opportunity. “The Akron Zips have a lot of potential, and I’m eager to work with the players and staff to unlock that potential. My goal is to create a program where every player can excel and where innovation on the field translates to success in games.”

The Akron Zips’ decision to hire Priest19 represents a bold and optimistic step towards revitalizing their football program. It will start off with very challenging roads games Week 1 at USC and then the following week in Clemson.
