Welcome to the MWC, a conference I heavily considered drafting a team in, but good thing I didn't, because then I wouldn't be your commissioner!
Excited to be a part of this league this season, fellas. Let's have fun, let's keep it clean, and let's play some sim-style old school NDL football.

Just all a gut feeling and some old coaching history research. Fresno is tempting to pick to win it, however that defense is a problem (not a good one) and Boise is a stout defense, solid offense, and experienced NDL coach with stick skills. UNLV will be a fun team who had a nice squad returning from last year, and my dark horse is Colorado State.
Game of the Week 1
Fresno State (jasonuk) at Appalachian State (NCSCUholmey)
Where do I start. Two long time veterans and friends playing each other with very evenly matched teams. Both have high flying offenses, and who doesn't love the Appalachian State home backdrop and stadium?
Prediction: Appalachian State 31 - Fresno State 28
Game of the Week 2
Boise State (iroccafella) vs. Colorado (outlaw)
This game is interesting, because it's at Boise and I'll be curious to see a solid Boise defense with HFA take on the power house offense in Colorado. Both of these coaches have good history in the NDL and it's a hard pick. Blue field, blue uniforms, probably a night game in Boise, should be a fun one.
Prediction: Boise State 34 - Colorado 32
