Wanted to say welcome to the Sun Belt conference and wish all of you best of luck in the upcoming season. Ill be your conference commissioner for the season. Any issues or questions that arise please feel free to contact me anytime. We have a good mix of Vets and newbies but I wanted to take the time to give everyone a quick reminder of what the NDL is all about. Please stay within the rules, please mix up your playcalling, and most of all please dont abuse the AI of the game. This means with certain plays, route combos, shifts, blitzes etc. Any issues with these things will result in lower scores on your coaching reports, your gameplay being addressed, and eventually to your remove or demotion from the league.
That being said. Here we Go. Lots of vets landing in this conference that I recognize, Holmey, Beercop, and relio in the east, with guys like, quest, riccio, Liq, and chase in the west. Some new guys will have their work cut out for them in this division. They say that you covet what you know, so heres a look at my predictions.
East
1. Appalachian St- Dynamic Offense, Boone is a fun town, and Holmey may just be able to program his guys to win.
2. James Madison- These guys just compete. Same with the coach
3. Marshall- I mean Randy Moss played here. why not
4. Old Dominion- Good to see some of these new teams since last version
5. Georgia St.- Maybe Beercop is like a fine wine and gets better with age.
6. Georgia Southern-Cool Uniforms
7. Coastal Carolina- Best Logo in the conference
West
1. Southern Miss- Crafty vet with a good team for the conference. Look out
2. Troy- I mean Trojans. They come in handy.
3. Louisianna- Dont bet against a Ragin Cajun
4.UL Monroe- Warhawks?
5. Texas St.- Dont sleep on LIQ
6. Arkansas St- A good owner can he pull a miracle?
7. South Alabama- Sounds like a sweet spot for a school, maybe not during hurricane season.
GL everyone!
