His name is Brett.
He runs a Madden league I am in.

He told me he has been crazy busy and has some baseball stuff coming up in real life, so he will be busy for the next 2 months or so, but after that, should be good to go.

I am still waiting on him to get with me so I can teach him a few of the basics.
He has been too busy so far.
So basically from last December through May he'll be too busy to run a team. How long did it take to find Ron Don, less than a week? By all acounts he's been a tremendous addition. Sounds like a Jason response to be too busy to make any roster moves in a 5 month period
Been awhile, but I agree with Dave.

He is a great guy and will be a great addition once he has the time.
If you guys have someone ready for the league, by all means, let me know and I will talk to Brett.

I know back when we had openings, not like we had an active waiting list and I am not sure what the issue is.
If he is exporting and doing the basics to keep his team afloat and not causing more work for Corey, what is the issue for now, knowing he will be active in basically 1 more season.

But by all means, I don't run this show anymore. It is now up to Corey.

I'll buy the fact that there were no others on a wait list but I don't think we were actively looking for another since we knew he was going to fill that slot. I believe RD (frozenrope) said he had someone who had commissioner experience, but not sure if he would accept just being an manager first.

My issue is you keep saying "Look! He's exporting and doing the things necessary to keep the team running". You signed players for him in the offseason (off memory, could be off on that) and then took care of the draft for him. If you look at the bottom teams last year, all made significantly more moves than Ohio. No attempts to offload veterans, no minor league promotions, no seeing what a young player can do at the major league level. What are you implying he's done?

If you want to say yes he's busy and continue to hold his spot as manager fine but at least put some of the managerial moves to the computer / autopilot so there are promotions, demotions, and proper lineups/depth charts

Who cares right now. If we don't have a person right now who is willing to take over and be 100% active we get what we get. Unless someone has an option to bring in someone tomorrow none of us have a right to bitch. If your bitch in then j hope you are looking for an owner.

rdon says he has a buddy who wants to take over a team. we can give him that team and then niddler's buddy can be the back up. Also corey, put a time limit up, Randawg gonna Randawg.

I'm just saying a CPU run team is better than what's going on but I hear your point and will leave it as is

I actually thought he went by RD but I think Ron Don is a gangster name so that's what I go with for him.

As for me, probably everytime you heard Dave maybe you assumed Riccio or just that everyone normally addressed me as Dub or Webs. Fun fact however, it's D. R. Webs not Doctor Webs
