This one started off like a dream for South Carolina, scoring at will and getting turnovers as if they could do no wrong. Before you knew it the score was 31-0 and there was just under 2 minutes in the first half. Then, like flipping a switch FIU ripped 21 points and gained three consecutive turnovers from the Carolina offense. Connor Shaw finally stopped the bleeding finding his wr Shaq Roland in the endzone for the second time. Then the defense got their 5th turnover of the game and Shaw hit Ellington for his only grab and a defining score. With the score now 45-21 FIU would grind out a final drive and take the two point conversion to make the final mark 45-29.
Too much, Too little , Too late couldn't get going and when we did it was not enough but we played a pretty good game against a tough and gamed gamecocks team getting 5 int's too much to overcome, taking nothing from the gamecocks they put it on us , gg coach MCX79
