Bobcats drive down the field in 17 seconds to take lead.
The first two drives for Fresno State saw Carr connect on every pass he threw leading the Bulldogs to a 14-3 lead. The next Fresno drive saw Carr throw an interception that was taken back for a TD by Fisher. After the INT Carr became a little more human and missed on a couple of throws.
With the game tied 21-21 with 3 minutes left Ohio came out in a FG formation for the go ahead FG from the 2 yard line. Coach Solich had something up his sleeve instead of kicking the FG, he went with a fake and scored the TD. Fresno State would march down the field and tie the game up with :21 seconds left, both coaches knew this was going into overtime, but a nice return from Brown put the Bobcats in position to possibly try a 50+ yard FG for the win. Tettleton connected with TE Hill for a nice gain to put them in that 50+ yard range. Ohio would call a run on the next play hoping to catch Fresno State off guard and to line up the FG. The call worked as Tettleton went 38 yards for the go ahead TD with :04 left in the game.
