I can't do my normal scoring summary like I usually do, due to my PS3 shutting down as soon as the game was over.
Houston stops Rutgers on 3rd and 7 from the GL only to get on offsides penalty by the CPU to give Rutgers a 3rd and 3 from the 3. Rutgers had been running at will on Houston, and had just passed, so we called an all out blitz expecting a run play . . . we guessed right and stopped them on 3rd down again to force them to kick a FG and only be down 6 with just over 2 minutes to play.
Houston drives the link of the field and scores with :15 seconds to play putting them up one. A HORRIBLE squib kick gives Rutgers the ball at the 38 yard line with 3 times and only down 1. After a pass to the sidelines was barely knocked away by the FS, and another pass was almost completed over the middle that would have set up a long FG attempt, Rutgers was down to :01 and a hail mary . . . a short incomplete pass was the result and Houston moves to .500 on the season and remains undefeated in conference play.
