The UNC defense came to play against their arch rivals the Duke Blue Devils. The Tar Heel D seemed to always have someone in the right position and shut out the visiting Dukies until the last play of the game.
The Tar Heel offense had a good day as well as they were able to move the ball on both the ground and through the air. AJ Blue racked up 97 yards on the ground and scored 3 touchdowns to pace the offense and Brynn Renner failed to turn the ball over which is his usual M. O.
