UC played a fantastic game. They called a great game too. They kept TT on their toes the entire game and answered every time TT looked to try and get back into the game.

In the conference game vs Texas Tech, the Cincy defense was able to stand tall, holding the Red Raiders to under 300 total yards in the 45-24 victory. In a surprising effort, the Bearcats were able to play solid defense and racked up 5 sacks and multiple TFLs. The rushing game for Texas Tech never got going, gaining under 20 total yards, and the big lead Cincy jumped out to helped them remain in obvious passing formations to make life difficult for TT. The final score didn't even show how good the defense played, as one of the touchdowns scored by the Red Raiders was a scoop and score from a terribly pitched ball by Sorsby on an option play. IDK what the coach was thinking when he ran that play, but he needs to reconsider using his statue QB as a runner in the future. Good game all around!
