Clemson has had a habit of not playing to their potential vs. teams they are supposed to be beat, today was more of the same. Coach Ry and the staff are a bit concerned but say they are building and looking to improve each game. " We have a lot of work today after this one."
Klubnik, after his best performance of the year, started very slowly throwing three picks. He picked up the pace and threw two touchdowns but today was the defense's day. Virginia was able to gain a bit of momentum a few times but the Tigers would clamp down. The highlight of the game was a 103 yard interception return by Aveon Terrel.
Clemson, has three games remaining with two on the road. If they are able to win out they have a good chance of making the ACC title game.
" Our remaining schedule will challenge and we must play more intensity" said coach Ry.

Clemson shut out UVA 28-0, in a game that had glimmers of what could be, but UVA couldn't come up with key plays, killing any momentum they tried to build.
The 103 yard interception return was icing on the cake for the Tigers, who played with their typical class, and good sportsmanship.
