In a thrilling performance on the road, the Oklahoma Sooners claimed a decisive 40-15 victory against Ole Miss, showcasing their dominance on both sides of the ball. The Sooners piled up an impressive 488 yards of total offense while their defense turned in another stellar display, forcing five turnovers without committing any of their own.

Quarterback Jackson Arnold demonstrated efficiency throughout the game, completing 14 of 20 passes for 272 yards, one touchdown, and no interceptions. His calm and calculated playmaking was pivotal in guiding Oklahoma’s offense.

The ground game was led by sophomore running back Gavin Sawchuck, who continued to shine this season. He rushed for 172 yards and three touchdowns, solidifying his status as a key contributor to the Sooners’ success. Meanwhile, wide receiver Jalil Farooq was a standout target, racking up six receptions for 115 yards.

Oklahoma’s defense was particularly impressive, with safety Billy Bowman Jr. stealing the spotlight. Bowman recorded nine tackles and an astounding four interceptions, playing an instrumental role in stifling Ole Miss's offensive efforts.

Looking ahead, the Sooners are gearing up for a challenging matchup against the second-ranked and undefeated Missouri. Oklahoma will aim to defy the odds and secure an upset victory in what promises to be a highly competitive showdown.
