Wolfpack was down early and the defense helped try for a miraculous comeback late. The defense couldn't that one crucial stop late. Boise offense was amazing. Wolfpack couldn't stop the run at all. Hats off to Boise.

Article By: Boise, Idaho – The Boise State Broncos escaped with a narrow 24-21 victory over the Nevada Wolf Pack on Saturday. The game wasn't as close as it looked for most of the game, but the Wolf Pack came roaring back late.
The Broncos' offense struggled at times, but they were able to make enough plays to secure the win. Running back Ashton Jeanty led the way with 95 yards rushing and a touchdown. Quarterback Malachi Nelson completed 7 of 12 passes for 112 yards and a touchdown. He was mostly efficient for the day, and made plays when needed.
The Broncos' defense played well, holding Nevada to 21 points. The Wolf Pack weren't able to move the ball effectively until the 4th, following a pick-6 that put the Broncos up 2 scores.
The Wolf Pack closed the gap late to 24-21 with just over a minute remaining. The Broncos were able salt the game away with some effective running to put the game away.
The victory improves the Broncos' record to 5-4. They will look to continue cleaning up the MWC next game against San Jose St.
