In an exhilarating showdown, Rutgers pulled off an incredible comeback to defeat Michigan State after falling into an early 14-0 hole. The Spartans came out strong, capitalizing on early turnovers and building a two-touchdown lead by the end of the first quarter. However, Rutgers refused to back down.

The Scarlet Knights' offense finally found its rhythm in the second quarter, as the quarterback connected on a series of clutch passes, culminating in a touchdown to take the lead just before halftime. Rutgers' defense tightened up after the break, forcing key turnovers and stifling Michigan State’s high-powered rushing attack.

The Spartans came out strong in their final game. They Jumped out to an early 14
nothing lead behind some Big throws by Chiles.

Velling had a Big 92 hard TD catch on the second drive of the game.

The second quarter however was all Rutgers who put up a big 21 points on a big Pick Six and two solid drives.

The second half didn't start much better on a 1 play 75 yard run by Rutgers.

Sparty battled back to make this a close game but with one final chance to get the ball down into FG range they came up short.
