Temple was able to hold off Miami Ohio in a pretty easy victory. It may look like the offense was amazing through the whole game being able to put up 42 points but thats not the case for the passing game. Although Miami OH was able to put up 21 points, 7 of them came from a pick six thrown on a deep shot from Brock and another TD was set up from a second interception in Miami OH territory. Temple has stated that something they are seeking to work on as a team is the limit in turnovers and it seemed to work pretty well as they did win the turnover battle 4-2. In the end, Miami OH wasn't able to pull of a comeback after going down early in the game 21-0 also having costly interceptions turn into touchdowns and temple remains undefeated.
The Miami (OH) team is in for a long season when they get spanked by Temple. "The offense was sluggish and sloppy" said Coach Suddenblues. "We had moments that we played well but that was disguised by the terrible mistakes we made.....like the mistakes letting eljeferump into the league. WHAT WAS I THINKING!?!" yelled SuddenBlues at the press conference. Right after he threw the microphone at a reporter asking if he thought he would ever beat the superior eljeferump.
