Georgia State kicked off to the Falcons of Bowling Green and BG marched down to an early score. The Panthers had a strong opening drive behind RB Brock to move the ball into BG territory, The BG short yardage defense made a big stop and force Ga St to punt. BG Scores another TD to go up by two TD's. the Panthers then fumble the ball on a triple option play in their own territory and the route was on.
The Panthers will go back to practice and look to improve so they can at least meet that one win goal. GG BG, Enjoyed it.
BGSU defense plays lights out foicing multiple turnovers
BGSU was desperately looking to get back in the swing of things after a disappointing OT loss the week before. And on this day it was all about the run game and Defense. Harold Fannin JR started the game with some huge TD catches to get BGSU on the board but it was Wimberly and Stewart on the Ground that made the impact necessary to keep GSU at bay.
GSU made the QB switch to a more conventional Qb, unfortunately his arm didn't exactly take the offense by storm as he threw two ints leading to easy scores for the the Falcons. BGSU cruised to a 38-13 victory
Ultimately Coach Beercop was dealt an awful roster with sub par poo to deal with in season 1, and we look forward to seeing him capture his singular win at some point to meet his goal. We have all the faith in him, and wish him luck and love the rest of the way.
