The UNLV Runnin' Rebels and Head Coach Black Rain traveled to Fayetteville, Arkansas at Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium to face the Arkansas Razorbacks and Head Coach Bigstimpin. The game did not disappoint if you are a Razorback's fan. Coach Bigstimpin had his runningback Ja Quinden Jackson rush for 23 for 156 yards on the ground, and the passing game with quarterback Taylen Green go for 14 for 21 for 231 yards passing and three touchdowns. The Rebels defense needs to get back to practice and figure out how to stop people, and the linebacker and defensive line play needs to improve, if not, teams will be able to run and pass with ease. If there is a bright spot for UNLV, first game with no turnovers, and that is a big improvement from the four interception game UNLV quarterback Cameron Friel had against the Pittsburgh Panthers in the first game. Coach Black Rain has only dealt with this adversity at one other school in his career, and it has reappeared, usually he can get his group to play better, and it starts with the running game. No running game, then the opposing defense will have an easy day against the Rebels and the element of surprise is non-existent. Coach Black Rain comes out of retirement for the past ten years is not looking enticing so far the UNLV Rebels' fans and the school, but give Coach Rain time to figure things out, and hopefully he gets his team to come around sooner rather than later. Good game Bigstimpin, Brother, great game as always, see you next season! Good luck Brother, and hope to see you soon tailgating! Take care Brother!
