On Thursday night, Coach TexaNole celebrated his first ever NDL victory as his team came out strong and dominated the Road Runners of San Antonio. The Orangemen's defense was relentless, racking up five interceptions that had fans questioning if they were seeing Josh McCown on the field instead of his son, Owen.
Syracuse secured a decisive 45-21 win, a promising sign of their resurgence after a rocky start to the season. Coach Untouchable8 had his team well-prepared, but the roaring atmosphere of the Loud House proved too much to overcome. Best of luck to you in the AAC, Coach!
It's been a long 11 years since Coach UnTouchable8 has picked up a game controller and it showed in his debut for the UTSA roadrunners. QB Owen McCown threw 5 picks on the day and that's all you really need to know in this 45-21 loss to old friend Coach TexaNole.
The Orangemen showed poise in their victory, mixing up the playbook enough to keep UTSA's defense guessing over and over again.
UTSA will look to bounce back Sunday against in-state rival UTEP.
