In another close shootout this season, the Army Black Knights lost to the Temple Owls 45-42 at home. There were turnovers galore in this game, with Army turning it over 7 times (6 INTs, 1 Fumble Lost) and Temple turning it over 5 times (4 INTs, 1 FL). Temple's constant RPOs and under drags tore apart the Army defense like a cheat code, leading to the defense giving up the most passing yards they have given up this season (540 yards). Miles Stewart had 2 rushing TDs, and Noah Short had 1 rushing TD and 2 receiving TDs. Didomenico had 2 INTs, including a pick 6. Fortner also had 2 INTs. Mayes showed out with 15 total tackles.
