Things started off great for the Dukes. Scoring on a nice TD pass to go up 7-0 and then getting a pick 6 to go up 14-0. ULM would cut into the lead making it 14-3. JMU would then put a nice drive together to go tup 21-3 with a little over a minute in the first half. ULM would not be denied and would find the endzone just before the break cutting the lead to 21-10. JMU fans could feel the game getting away from them. ULM would score in the 4th but miss the 2py play making it 21-16. The Dukes failed to ice the game and had to punt the ball back to ULM The Warhawks would complte the comeback going up 24-21 with very little time remaining. JMU can only try to improve as they just cant make the plays needed to secure the first win of the season.

Barkley put this in, but somehow it ended up under my Penn State vs Wisconsin game.

In a game that will be remembered for its dramatic twists and turns, the University of Louisiana Monroe (ULM) pulled off an incredible comeback to defeat James Madison University (JMU). The Warhawks’ resilience and determination were on full display as they overcame a significant deficit to secure the win.

JMU started strong, building a comfortable lead with a combination of solid defense and effective offense.

ULM had a slow start but managed to shift the momentum in the second half with a tenacious offense and key defensive stops. Quarterback General Booty led a series of crucial drives, showcasing both poise and accuracy under pressure. His connection with wide receiver Tyrone Howell proved essential, with Howell making critical catches that kept ULM’s hopes alive.
