The two-headed monster of Jeremiyah Love and Jadarian Price combined for nearly 100yds on the day. while QB Riley Leonard found TE Mitchell Evans for 2 scores, as the Irish cruised to victory over Purdue. Purdue's Devin Mockobee didn't go down without a fight and boy can that fella throw some punches. Mockobee was a handful all day long, racking up 100 yards himself, while trying to keep the Purdue hopes alive.
In the end, Mockobee wasn't enough, as QB Hudson Card tossed 5 INTs, with CBs Ben Morrison and Jordan Clark each snagging a pair and last season's Thorpe winner, Xavier Watts taken down the 5th one.
The Irish are now 3-0 on the season and can look ahead to an incredibly tough match up with #14 Louisville and Coach MJKemp next week!
