What started out being a low scoring game would end up with 76 points on the board. The teams struggled to do much in the first quarter. Despite a wildcat run from Air Force for a huge run. second quarter saw 3 FG's from Air Force and one lucky TD from Navy. Second half the flood gates would begin to open up as Navy has a WR WIDE open, but the QB would throw it right to the defender for an easy catch and score for the defense. AF would tack on two more FG's and Navy would connect from 46 yards out, but miss their XP. 4th quarter saw another pick 6 for AF and then Navy would start to play and score on a 4 yard run by Blake Horvath, be given a fumble, Horvath would score again, this time from 1 yard out, then Navy would be given another fumble, this time it was returned 9 yards for the scoop and score. Having AF down 3, Navy attempted to get a stop, but somehow Cade Harris would find a WIDE open seem and take the run 60 yards to the house with 1:24 left. Navy would drive but would throw an interception in the endzone to choke away Coach Ice's return to Colorado Springs. GG Ank and best of luck!
