Article By: Hats off to UCLA and coach Vic as we know it is not an easy task to come in and play in Beaver Stadium in Happy Valley and come away with the W!
They came in with a game plan, executed that game plan and UCLA comes away with the upset in Happy Valley!
HB T.J. Harden rushed 22 times for 140 yards and milked the Nittany Lions defense for all he could on the ground.
He helped his team seal the victory and come away with one hell of a win in Penn State!

Jalen berger runs the ballCoach Vic wins at Happy Valley
Article By: In a game no one expected them to win coach Vic and the UCLA bruins march in to happy valley (in a white out game) and beat the Nittany Lions.
The game was a slow paced game as it was 10-10 near the half as the nittany lions were trying to mount a drive Drew Allar’s pass was intercepted and take. Back to the 5 yard line where qb Justin Martin hooked up with Jalen berger from five yards out to give the bruins the halftime lead.
To start the second half Penn State drove down the field in 3 plays to tie the game up at 17. There showed no quit in the bruins as they drove down the field to answer with a score and then got a pick six on Penn State’s next drive to put them up by 14. The fourth quarter was a highly contested affair as the bruins had a healthy drive but ended up punting the nittany lions drove down the field with pace to be down only 7. They went for an onside kick instead of kicking off knowing they had three timeouts but coach niddler sensed he had to be urgent and get the ball back as quick as possible, the inside however failed and the bruins ran out the clock.
Coach Vic said after the game “ This was a hard fought victory our players fought hard they gave it all they had man, to come in this place at night with all these fans and the noice and mo Bamba blaring thru the speakers it just felt great to get the win”.
