Sophomore Linebacker Andrew Harris is having one of the best football season we have ever seen in college football. He had another outstanding game against Arizona in which he had 2 touchdowns 1 coming from an interception the other coming from a fumble recovery. That gets him to 12 interceptions on the year with 6 touchdowns which is enough for a 5th year senior. Very impressive for just one year.
He wasn't the only one playing well this game, as a whole the defense played lights out including over 5 sacks and 6 ints for the game. Arizona had zero chance in the game from start to finish. Coach Smitty said after the game if we play defense like that the rest of the year we will be champions.
On offense it was another boring night for most. RJ Harvey led the way with 170 plus yards rushing while adding 60 plus on receiving with 3 touchdowns. RJ Harvey told us he likes it being boring. He went on to say that boring has been winning and that is more exciting than losing.
