Colorado Dominates Oklahoma State with Explosive Special Teams and Defense

Colorado put on a clinic in all three phases of the game, overwhelming Oklahoma State 45-14 in a dominant home victory. Special teams played a crucial role, with Jimmy Horn Jr. providing the highlight of the night on a 102-yard kickoff return touchdown. Horn also contributed in the passing game, hauling in two catches for 105 yards and a touchdown. The Buffaloes’ offense capitalized on strong field position throughout the night, but it was the defense and special teams that truly set the tone.

The Colorado defense was relentless, forcing five total takeaways, including two game-changing touchdowns on back-to-back possessions. A pick-six gave the Buffaloes complete control, and on the very next drive, a scoop-and-score fumble recovery added to Oklahoma State’s misery. The Cowboys struggled to generate any momentum, as Colorado’s pressure and opportunistic playmaking shut down any hopes of a comeback. With a dominant performance in all facets, the Buffaloes sent a strong message, proving they are a force to be reckoned with this season.
