The Arkansas Razorbacks traveled to Columbia, Missouri, and put on a commanding performance against the Tigers, securing a 35-7 victory.
The first quarter saw Missouri drive down the field, but Arkansas forced a turnover and capitalized on the opportunity. The Razorbacks marched down the field, capping off their drive with a 14-yard touchdown pass from Taylen Green to Jordan Anthony with 2:53 remaining in the quarter. Just over a minute later, Marquise Robinson intercepted a pass and returned it 49 yards for a touchdown, extending Arkansas’ lead to 14-0.
In the second quarter, the Razorbacks continued their dominance. Taylen Green ran in a five-yard touchdown with 3:32 left on the clock. After another interception, Green connected with Armstrong on a 13-yard touchdown pass with just 37 seconds left in the half, giving Arkansas a commanding 28-0 lead heading into the break.
Missouri finally got on the board in the third quarter when Brady Cook found Luther Burden for a 34-yard touchdown pass. However, Arkansas quickly responded with a 42-yard touchdown pass from Green, pushing the lead to 35-7 with 1:27 remaining in the third.
The fourth quarter was uneventful, as Arkansas controlled the clock and sealed their dominant victory. With the win, the Razorbacks made a statement on the road, overwhelming their SEC rivals with strong defense and an efficient offensive attack.
