Article By: Coach Vic made his coaching debut for the bruins tonight as he played the speedy and talented Colorado Buffalos.
The game started well but on the first drive after getting close to midfield newly promoted starting quarterback Demaricus Davis fumbled the ball Colorado went on to score to make 14-0 and it got once from there at one point after the 1st quarter it was 28-3 but unlike Tom Brady these bruins did not come back Eventually losing 41-10.
Turnovers were the downfall of the bruins 4 of them to be exact “ I know Dee was gonna be nervous for it to be his first start as a true freshman, but I feel like he handled it as best as he could that’s a good team out “ says Coach Vic “ They have been where we are trying to at least get a chance to (the CFP)” as for Davis being benched Coach Vic says “He is our starter I have faith in him”
Coach Vic and the bruins have a bye in week 2 and then will start conference play as they take on Indiana.
Colorado dominant in opener

Quarterback Shedeur Sanders chipped in with a rushing touchdown of his own, further emphasizing Colorado’s versatility on offense. The Buffs’ offense was efficient and physical, maintaining control of the clock and wearing down the UCLA defense throughout the game.
Defensively, Colorado was equally dominant, with standout performances from cornerback Travis Hunter, who recorded an interception and three catches for 34 yards on offense. Head coach Dcanady’s game plan executed perfectly, as the Buffs not only controlled the ground game but also shut down UCLA’s offense, limiting them to just 10 points. Colorado’s all-around effort led to a decisive win, further cementing their status as a force to be reckoned with in the conference.
