I think the team went out partying the night before and forgot they had a game to play today.
The defense started off letting UNLV drive right down the field, but they had a bend don't break mentality and it paid offf!
They held strong and intercepted the ball in the endzone and returned it to the house for 104 yards by Sophomore CB A.J. Harris!
We would then hold UNLV to a field goal as they marched right down the field a second time.
Score is 7-3 Penn State.
On the ensuing drive, the Rebels would pick off QB Allar and return it to the house with a pick 6 of their own for 35 yards!
Score is 7-10 UNLV.
Allar would get revenge on the next drive as he finds a wide open Clifford for the score and they go up 14-10.
The Niddler Lions would not look back from there!
They went into halftime with the lead 14-10.
Penn State received the ball to start the 2nd half and they would march down the field and score on a 7 yard pass to HB Singleton!
Score is 21-10 Lions!
They would drive down the field again on a later drive and kick a FG just before the end of the 3rd quarter.
Score is 24-10 Lions!
That would turn out to be your final in this one!

Penn State Nittany Lions and Head Coach TheNiddler come to Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada, and come away with an easy victory. UNLV stuggled last season in Happy Valley, PA. with the running game, and this game, the line opened holes for runningback Ja Den Thomas, surprisingly ran for an efficient 20 for 112 yards, but could not capitalize in the red zone, throwing two interceptions, the first one, wide open WR Ricky White III, QB Cameron Friel threw it too late, and watching the tape, he would have thrown it early, six points would have been the outcome, as WR Ricky White III was wide open, but when the ball was thrown, the Strong Safety jumped the pass. The second interception was thrown into double coverage, as the Penn State defense was all over WR White, and QB Friel just threw it and made another crucial mistake. Head Coach Black Rain has issues with his QB throwing interceptions the past two seasons, and this season started out the same way, as if a field goal or touchdown would keep this game close. Head Coach Black Rain gives praise to Head Coach TheNiddler, as he stayed up to play this game late, much appreciated, Brother! Good Luck rest of the way man, as one day UNLV will get a victory. The Runnin Rebels have to cut down on the interceptions to give Head Coach Black Rain a chance in every game, if not, long season ahead. Hats off to the offense of Penn State, RB Singelton ran rampant all over the Rebels defense. Timed Passes, and cover shells did not fool QB Allar, as he saw right through those disguises. It looked like man coverage, but were zones, Allar picked apart the secondary, as well as zones shells, Allar picked apart the man coverages. UNLVs defense has to get a stop to have a chance this season. Good Luck rest of the way Brother! Great Game!
