UGA rivalry game vs #25 Auburn

Georgia took to the road again and this time it was the Deep South's Oldest Rivalry game against the #25 Auburn Tigers. The first quarter the Bulldogs started off a little sluggish not being able to get into the endzone at all during the first. The defense stood tall as they gave the offense time to get things going keeping the Tigers out of scoring position as well. The second quarter would find UGA marching down the field on a 10 play drive and Beck diving in the endzone for the first points of the game. Georgia defense stayed solid getting the ball back for their team 6 times in this game keeping the ball out of Auburns hands and giving the offense more opportunities to make something happen. UGA's Trevor Etienne went on a 93 yard scamper to put the Bulldogs up 14. Carson Beck would get the opportunity to connect with WR Arian Smith for an 86 yard Dot down the sideline to go up 21 before half. In the third UGA gets another score when Carson Beck found WR Anthony Evans III on a 8 yard TD pass, and things would close out with MLB Justin Williams taking a interception 40 yards for a pick 6. "Today was a big road win against a good rival. We had a game plan and we stuck to it. Attacking on both sides of the ball and taking advantage of opportunities we received. Very happy with our production on the field today." said Coach Cane after the game. The Bulldogs still have a lot of games to go and looking to carry momentum into the next game. Ggs SnealShiesty
