Iowa beats UCLA 41–10

Article By: noles26

IOWA CITY, Iowa — What started as a competitive battle quickly spiraled out of control for UCLA.

The turning point came in the second quarter when a costly pick-six derailed the Bruins' momentum. From that moment on, Iowa seized full control, rolling to a 41–10 blowout win at Kinnick Stadium.

UCLA’s offense never recovered after the interception, failing to generate consistent drives or establish rhythm. Struggles at the wide receiver position were evident, as Bruins pass-catchers were repeatedly unable to win one-on-one matchups against Iowa’s disciplined secondary.

Meanwhile, the Hawkeyes leaned on a punishing run game and efficient quarterback play to pile on points. Their defense dominated the line of scrimmage, keeping UCLA in check for the rest of the afternoon.
