Alonza Barnett III threw a season-high four touchdown passes, and added another on the ground in one of the team's best offensive showings of the season. Tight end Taylor Thompson caught 10 passes for 105 yards and a pair of scores, while the defense intercepted seven passes on the day.
George Pettaway continued to carry the load, rushing for 132 yards and a pair of scores on 21 carries. He was critical to James Madison picking up 31 first downs on the day, as they held a staggering 22:01 to 5:59 advantage in time of possession.
